Over the years, Elite have been involved in many different projects involving countless technologies. Some years ago, Elite decided that many of the systems and much of the software developed could be packaged into products. This approach would allow clients access to the technology developed at a cost realistic to the product, basically, the products could be sold 'Off The Shelf' at a much more realistic cost than having to develop each system every time from scratch.
