24/7 Support

In early 2004, Elite launched a new systems healthcare initiative, with the aim of providing clients with guaranteed cover both during normal working hours and out of hours. The program is based around a basic contract which provides :

  • guaranteed telephone support within one hour
  • onsite support if required within four hours (Geographical restrictions apply)
  • reduced hourly rates compared to ad-hoc call-out cover

All available 8 hours a day, 5 days a week
