Consultancy
ELiTE has been working with various clients, including BP and Scottish Power, with general consultancy requirements for some time. With time and client requests, this area of the business has grown and services include Site Audits, Site Support and User Requirements Specifications.

Safety Consultancy
With current standards and legislation regarding safety constantly changing and being updated, ELiTE is now able to provide Safety Consultancy, with services including SIL Determination, Safety Audits and Assessments and Safety Training.

Simulation & Testing
At Elite we have for many years used simulation to test our software. Using software simulation system allow us to quickly and more thoroughly test the software we produce in-house. This approach minimises expensive time spent on site and allows us to use valuable engineering resources more effectively in a much more controlled environment.
Simulation not only allows us to test the software at the many stages our procedures require but after the system in installed and running, clients can and regularly do come back to us and as us questions like ' What happens if this scenario takes place '. With simulation, we can set up the complete process in minutes and try the scenario.
Simulation also allows us to carry out operator training on a new or existing system before the system is operational, minimising start-up times of a system.
Installation
At Elite, we have dedicated Installation Managers. These Managers, plan, supervise and control all aspects of your new or upgraded system. We have partner companies who supply manpower on a regular basis to Elite to carry our installations. This arrangement allows us to have competent qualified people of the correct disciplines carrying out tasks when required but offers the continuity of on site contact for overall site management.
The Installation Managers are usually the same people who have been heavily involved in the actual hardware design of the system so an in-depth knowledge of the overall system is retained from design through to installation.
Commissioning
All of our systems, having been designed, produced and tested to the possible standards require minimum commissioning. You experiences with other integrators make it easy for us to impress in this area. The experienced commissioning engineers will attend your site with the knowledge that all hardware and software components of the system have been rigorously tested before being released for commissioning. With this knowledge, the engineers can proceed with confidence in the system. Also the engineers have direct access to system and product specialists both within Elite and our partners if the need arises.
Training
We place great importance on working in partnership with clients within our training centre. With the ability to provide standard and bespoke courses tailored to meet the client's individual requirements, we work with you to ensure you see a return on investment.

Ad-Hoc Breakdown Support
At Elite, we recognise that having access to support personnel is sometimes desirable but not always possible. To help you with this, we operate an ad-hoc breakdown service. This service allows any client or potential client to gain access to Elite Support engineers and to provide an efficient level of breakdown cover for their operation. This service means that you only pay for the service you use when you use it. To make this service simpler and more available, Elite will introduce an online payment facility soon.

Support Contracts
Support contracts are available in numerous configurations. Whether you require 24/5 response, 24/7 response, working hours response or any other type of response, we can accommodate you. We can also build in intervention allowing you to accumulate hours over a period then have engineers carry out scheduled task for you. Also by taking out a contract, you will receive guaranteed response times, guaranteed availability and a dedicated contact number to activate response.
